Clavia announced today the availability of the free OSX editor for the Modular G2. New features in V1.20 are :supports Mac OSX, supports the new 5-octave model G2X, some new modules have been added (Metallic Noise Oscillator and Noise Oscillator, FM operator and DX router are great for creating sounds of the eighties), pitch Shifter and Scratch are added to the list of effects, MIDI Control Automate supports even more flexible MIDI setups. It's new and it comes from Digidesign...Digidesign has made Web licenses available for plug-in rentals. Rental periods are flexible, allowing the user to choose between 2-day, 14-day and 31-day periods. Once the rental expires, it can be renewed using any iLok. Here some examples :
- BF Cosmonaut Voice (95 $) : 2-day : 5$ / 14-day : 15 $ / 31-day : 25 $.
- BF Fairchild Bundle (595 $) : 2-day : 90 $ / 14-day :150 $ / 31-day : 210 $.
Rentals are available now for many plug-ins on the DigiStore,
