Finally a training course for LOGIC AUDIO will take place in Paris from 2nd to 28th june 2003. It will include 4 modules accessible separately.

AKAI is lauching a 24bits/96k resolution virtual sampler, which is a software version of hardware samplers Z4 and Z8.
Available in VST and AU, it only deals (at least for the moment) with AKAI soundbanks.

Now you can upgrade the OS of your XV 5050. The version to download is the 1.08 and brings some improvements :
- more gain on the digital output (+ 6 or 12 dB)
- a temperament has been added to each performance's patch
- bugs have been fixed (as those during the change of a SRX card)
Except that you could spend up to two and a half hours to upload all Sysex files (40) into the XV... For this task, you will need a sequencer supporting midifiles or a shareware like SysEx Librarian on Mac OS X.
