I studied opera (between tenor and bass), but most of my own songs are folk/ballad/protest. I teach English and journalism at the University level in Japan where I also have an Internet radio show dealing with alternative media. In addition to Japan (25 years), have lived in Denmark and Norway, so speak some Scandinavian. Also can handle French a bit. Web site under reconstruction so not up to date.
