Le plug-in EQ4 est le premier plug-in réalisé apr Maag Audio, modélisé en collaboration avec Brainworx, d'après le module de séries 500 de Maag Audio conçu par Cligg Maag.

Successeur des EQ3 et EQ3-D, le EQ4 fournit transparence et présence tout en conservant une sonorité naturelle. Les ajustements d'égalisation sont obtenus avec un décalage de phase minimal.
