traitement de la dynamique orienté mastering
Alchemist est un plug-in de traitement de la dynamique orienté mastering des plus complet. Il propose de traiter jusqu'à 5 bandes avec pour chacune d'entre elles un compresseur, expander, de-copresseur, de-expander travaillant avec des paramètres Angel's Share et Hysteresis indépendants. Chaque bande de fréquence possède également un processeur de transitoire ainsi qu'un contrôleur MS. En fin de chaîne, un limiteur type mur de briques avec soft-knee vient compléter le tableau. D'autre part, une fonction auto delay permet à Alchemist de proposer un fonctionnement avec un temps d'attaque nul.
Note : les paramètres Angel's Share et Hysteresis sont typiques des plug-ins de traitement dynamique signés Flux et permettent des réglages de ratio et de seuil dépendants de la dynamique du signal et non pas de son niveau.
