DiracFxAU

Pitch shifter

DiracFxAU is a free effects plug in for AudioUnit compatible applications on the Macintosh. It adds an ultra-fast, transient-preserving pitch shifter based on our DiracFx API to your audio environment. DiracFx processes musically monopohonic and polyphonic signals, ie. you can use it on both mixes and individual tracks.

Note that DiracFx is a performance-optimized version of the Dirac algorithm and does not offer the full scale quality of the actual Dirac library.

DiracFxAU has been compiled with DiracPro. It offers phase-locked stereo processing on 64 and 32bit platforms, arbitrary sample rate and number of channels support. Please note that if you compile the DiracFxAU project that comes with DiracLE you will only have 44.1/48kHz sample rate support, a 32bit AU binary and channels will not be phase locked.
