Converts MIDI data into pictures for use in Metasynth
MSMidiPix is a rudimentary MIDI application that facilitates the creation of pictures for import into U&I software's Metasynth. It simply takes a performance from a MIDI input and draws corresponding notes as lines on a canvas.Features include:
Play from any MIDI source to create a picture to import into MetaSynth
Quantize (or not) the notes to grid
Create up to 50 pictures
Click and Count In to a Beat Per Minute
Loop Picture for "over dubbing"
Automatically advance to next Picture while playing
