delay time is shown in milliseconds per default
volume is shown in decibel now
works now with Live 4
bugfix: other effects/instruments won't open in Logic if Multi Delay is shown
bugfix: on displays less then million colors graphics are not visible
bugfix: filter type is not updated for BandPass on preset change
