Bug Fix: Graphic MIDI Event Editor can append and edit notes

- To add a sound font to the Midi Grasshopper you need to get or purchase a sound font and place the sound font in the following directory:
userdirectory/Library/Audio/Sounds/Banks. When you run the Midi Grasshopper and choose New Sequence -> Sound Font Synth from the File menu, the right most popup button should have a selection of sound font files to choose from. Each Sequence may have one sound font.
- The Midi Grasshopper now has a Virtual MIDI keyboard controller. Choose Virtual Keyboard from the Sequence menu to show the keyboard.

- Midi Grasshopper has a menu which a user may choose preset instrumental groups. Some examples are String Quartet, Chorus, Punk Band, Sound Track, Jazz Trio... Each instrumental group has a correct configuration of Track, Channel, and Timbre Number.
- Users may import a Comma Separated Value File into a Track. The format of the .csv file is TimeStamp, Status, Pitch, Velocity. Please see help files for how to create and import a .csv file.

- Create audio tracks.
- Combine audio tracks and with MIDI tracks.
- Export to aiff combines audio and MIDI into one aiff file.
- More stable and reliable aiff export.
- Save dialog gives choice of file type.

- Support for external MIDI tone generators as output.
- User may create two types of sequences, Software Synthesizer Sequence and Hardware Synthesizer Sequence.
- Changing a MIDI timbre on a track will also change the the MIDI timbre of a track with the same channel.
- Changing a channel of a track to a track with the same channel will change its MIDI Timbre.
- Optimized MIDI Keyboard input.

Select All menu item for selecting all MIDI events of a Music Track
Drag and Drop MIDI events from track to track.
Drag and Drop MIDI events to MIDI Clipping window for re-use.
