TerraTec Producer, part of TerraTec Gmbh announced the exclusive alliance with Waldorf AG of synth fame. All the forthcoming products from Waldorf will be marketed by TerraTec and a new range of TerraTec product will grow from this alliance.

There has been rumours recently upon the difficulties of Waldorf AG in the economic context, we hope it'll give Waldorf the hability to stand strong on the front of their peculiar technologies they gave been promoting ever since the days of PPG. LPM: it looks a lot like a takeover, I strongly hope it'll give them the surface to continue as an inovative company.
