Reign Design has just released The Pro Pack, a collection of four Audio Unit plug-ins for Mac OS X. Designed to be placed on the mix buss, each one of the plugins in The Pro Pack replicates key components of real world recording sound.
M-Pressor :
The M-Pressor is the glue that holds the mix together. It has a pre amp model as well as a compressor model. It has the ability to add light compression or a more aggressive squash.
The Q Box :
A three band EQ which offers the ability to tweak low and high frequencies and pinpoint problem midrange frequencies. In addition to that is a signal emulation chain.

Steinberg North America has announced a repositioning of the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) price for Cubase 4 and Cubase 4 Educational Edition versions in the US. Effective July 1st, 2008 Cubase 4 will carry a MAP price of $599.99 (MSRP: $780.99) and Cubase 4 Educational Edition will carry a MAP price of $299.99 (MSRP: $390.99).
