Native Instruments has just released Spektral Delay v1.6 and Vokator v1.2 which both include Universal Binary support. Those updates are solely required for operation on Intel-based Macs. For activation, a Universal Binary license code needs to be purchased for $ 29 / 25 Euro in the NI Online Shop. Note that customers who first registered those plug-ins or NI KOMPLETE after September 12th, 2006, are eligible for a free Universal Binary license code.

Eiosis has updated AirEQ to v1.3.

Abaltat Beat is a software solution for video editors who want to cut pictures before selecting their music. It's simple to use and in a couple of minutes you can create drum tracks to match an edited video clip. Basically it calculates a best rhythmical fit for a video by analysing its Edit Decision List (EDL). This Best Fit is played by Abaltat Beat as a MIDI drum track and is expressed in Beats Per Minute (BPM). Of course you can easily export this MIDI track in order to play it with your favorite virtual drum machine.
