 Plogue has updeted Bidule for Mac OS X to version 0.8002. This new release features : added preference for the number of virtual MIDI ports, problems when loading files containing Kontakt instances fixed, gain parameters problems fixed and other bufixes.
 Audio Ease has updated Altiverb to v5.0.4, which now features : OSX 10.4 compatible, improvement in the startup speed of Altiverb, solved VST channel problems, improvement in the hi-latency mode, fixed automation in RTAS, fixed import of old settings,, improved Altiverb De-installer.
 Little surprise, Apple just announces a new eMac line, with two models. They feature a faster processor and OS X Tiger :
- eMac G4 1,42 GHz PowerPC G4, 256MB DDR333 SDRAM, 80GB Ultra ATA drive, Combo drive for $799.
- eMac G4 1,42 GHz PowerPC G4, 512MB DDR333 SDRAM, 160GB Ultra ATA drive, 8x SuperDrive (double-layer) for $999.
 Apple today unveiled a new iMac G5 line with faster 2.0 GHz PowerPC G5 processors. Here's the new range :
- iMac 17-inch widescreen LCD with 1440-by-900 pixels, 1.8 GHz 64-bit PowerPC G5 processor, 512MB of 400 MHz DDR SDRAM, 24X Combo (DVD-ROM/CD-RW) optical drive; 160GB Serial ATA hard drive running at 7200 rpm, for $1,299.
- iMac G5 17-inch widescreen,2.0 GHz 64-bit PowerPC G5 processor, 512MB of 400 MHz DDR SDRAM, 8X SuperDrive (DVD+R DL/DVD+/-RW/CD-RW) optical drive; 160GB Serial ATA hard drive running at 7200 rpm, for $1,499.

 DSP Quattro has been updated to version 2.1. DSP-Quattro is a powerful sound editor, a highly innovative product that uses the new millennium latest technology. This new version features : support of latency compensation, audio CD track ISRC and disc EAN/UPC codes support for audio CD burning, unlimited number number of plug-in slots on Effx sends, and several bugfixes.
 WaveArts announces a new Panorama plugin for Mac. Panorama is a specialized tool for creating stunningly realistic 3-D audio scenes. The DSP technology in Panorama reproduces psychoacoustic sound localization and distance cues, allowing you to pan sounds in three dimensions: not just left and right, but up, down, front, back, near, and far. Panorama combines 3-D audio panning with acoustic environment modeling, including wall reflections, reverberation, distance modeling, and the Doppler pitch effect. While primarily intended for headphone listening, Panorama also includes a crosstalk canceller for playback over conventional stereo loudspeakers.
 ArtsAcoustic announces the release of ArtsAcoustic Reverb. This VST plugin reverb is designed to feature extensive editability and low CPU usage. The plug-in includes over 200 presets, 7 different room characteristics, full automation, low quality mode for CPU saving and supports all sample rates.
ArtsAcoustic Reverb VST costs $189. The Audio Units version will be available by the 3rd quarter 2005.
 Yamaha announces a new version of the mLAN AutoConnector. This release is Mac OS 10.4 Tiger compatible and improves stability and CPU usage. A new version of mLAN Graphical Patchbay, allowing to connect multiple mLAN devices, is also available. At last, Yamaha announces a minor update of StudioManager, the 01X software, which improves stability.
