For example, using proprietary Apogee technologies, the all digital C777 clock and "Adaptive Loop Filtering", Big Ben is able to intelligently minimize jitter to previously unattainable levels. With other features such as real-time format conversion, fail safe lock to external sources, termination sensing, an optional Firewire card and a wide range of I/O choices including 6 word clock outs, Big Ben is poised to create a new standard for studio digital clocking in the industry.

Eventide announced the launch of Clockworks Legacy plug-ins for the ProTools HD platform. The sounds of Eventide's H910, Omnipressor, Instant Phaser, Instant Flanger, and H949 old time classics can be replicated in a collection of audio effects plug-ins. The Eventide Clockworks Legacy series of plug-ins offer full automation, MIDI Control, and Pro Control integration.
Eventide will continue to design and manufacture dedicated hardware processors. The company even updates the Eventide Orville software to version 3.0 and new functions.The software upgrade is available for $149 from Eventide or as a free download from the web site.
